Primary Medical Care and Behavioral Health Care offered at SMCSI and Hudson Schools

Family Medical Center of Michigan has a team of trained medical nurse practitioners, medical assistants, certified psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, master's level counselors, and social workers available to provide primary medical care and behavioral health care for yourself and your child. We offer counseling appointments for students, parents,/guardians, all school staff and the Hudson and surrounding communities. These appointments can be conducted in person or via video appointments. Appointments for students, during the school day, can be scheduled or walk-in. With a signed consent for treatment on file (please see intake packet link), parents are not required to attend the appointment with their child, however are welcomed to do so if able.

Our experienced health center staff can help with many of the issues commonly seen in adults and school aged children including:

​Adults and community members can receive primary care services from 3pm to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
